the live fish were only there cause he hadnt eaten in 12 days and i figured to much longer and he would just die i will just keep trying with worms and krill and maybe a crab every once in awhile since he likes em obviously lol

Crabs are a fine choice, but get them from the most reputable dealer you can, to try and avoid diseases or sicknesses.
