Yeah, what is this I try to keep them submerged? In the world of fish, we don't try to keep them submerged, puffers, as most fish, are fully aquatic and keeping them in water full time is a painfully obvious basic requirement. Unlike other fish, if held out of the water and allowed to puff up with air, puffers could die from bring removed from the water.
If they are jumping from your tank, you may need to verify that your parameters are indicating optimal levels, and also have a tight fitting lid secured onto the tank.

Re: i love my puffers!!
I hope a larger tank is in your near future. That is very crowded for 3, too small for 2 even. It is always better to upgrade sooner rather than later to avoid stunting and health issues. This would lead to a massively shortened life.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

Puffers & skulls seem to go well together! I'd put more tall decor/p;ants (fake) in there, to break up their lines if sight, to reduce any possible aggression, as they mature. the folks here are right about an upgrade. You have enough puffers there for a 90-120g tank.

Re: i love my puffers!!
Those are some nice looking spots on the fish in the 2nd picture!
Welcome to the forum
And +1 to everyone else's comment on the tank size. You'll definitely need to upgrade soon. It'd be a shame to see such nice looking GSPs get stunted.

) and hope to get these nice and fat!!!
