New fish for my tank!

Post by chuckfriedrice »

I caught this guy fishing today ! I would of love to take him home and put him in a tank, But that would of been irresponsible of me so I let him go and Hopefully reach his 3ft size !

Yeah I looked into requirements when I got home .

For a bonnethead - I would personal recommend a shark pool that's at least 15' diameter & at leat 3-3.5' deep (about 4,000-4,600 gallons). The wife would kick my arse if I started digging up the back yard! LMAO!!!!

that is an amazing catch. it would be a very cool fish to have in a tank. the obvious problems with keeping cruising sharks is just that. they need to ALWAYS be swimming. I really need to come fishing with you. The closest i catch to that is either a pike or a musky.
