sony and the devs of this game are running a promotion starting tuesday oct 4, "sarpbc" will be free for playstation plus members for a few weeks

ok cancel that thought, apparently there was a mess up in paperwork on Sony's end and "supersonic acrobatic rocket-powered battle cars" will be free for ps+ users at a later date, i will update when i know a date incase anyone is interested.

dead island i was thinking about picking up, the other games i have never gotten into though. cod i like, but at the same time i hate lol and i only got it because it was taking over first person shooters and had a ton of people playing. i prestiged not knowing that it wiped everything(rank, guns, even money earned...) so after i realized it wiped everything from me i had no interest in starting over again and havent played in months. heard a lot of people talking about dead island and how its really good. i just havent gotten it yet because i dont know how often i would play it with sarpbc, gta4 and battlefield 3 beta keeping me busy with the little time i play. plus payday: the heist comes out later this month(it got pushed back...) so that will keep me busy on top of other games.

lol @ mcnabb. they always have him well over his actual skills in that game. although in the new madden the skins might not be too bad with grossman, since they are doing well right now and madden gets updates dependent on how the year is going. maybe i will have to freshen up in madden and have some games with you i have my other job tonight so if i get on which wont be til 10ish tonight i will add ppl from here. and i will(maybe) get you guys hooked on this $10 playstation network game lol . car soccer FTW!!

edit: here is a nice collection of goals and stuff. the game has a forum like this one, with a group of people who play it religously. this is the "community montage 1" the sequel is in the works but its insanely long. i am not up to the skill most of these guys have, but then again i have only been playing regularly for under a year, where as most of these guys have been playing since the game first came out in '08

yes it is!!! its my fav game easily and its like crack lol, my name on their forum is sarpbcIScrack its a crazy learning curve, and online can be very harsh as their are some really insane people on there playing(as you can tell in the video) but there seems to always be pretty new players playing at the same time. i cant do most of the stuff shown in the video but i am getting better at using my turbo to fly and score some nice goals and teamwork goals. i hated it when i first started playing, but my friend kept pushing me to play it so i would keep playing and eventually it became my ultimate favorite. i have been playing it about a year(since i got my ps3) and its still a game that keeps me wanting to play it which is rare for me for such a long time. its not that huge of a popular game, never got the marketing it should have and was low budget. best part is its only 9.99 in the playstation store, and i have gotten well over my moneys worth you just have to stick with it when its rough lol. theres a demo also but i think its really limited. theres also quite a few people i have heard play with a significant other too lol so its fun for the family with up to 4 player splitscreen both online and offline(against bots). also a bunch of mini games that are supposed to basically be "training" for online play. online play is where the game flourishes. a sequel is talked about, but the dev team does other misc little projects for other companies. they helped with bulletstorm's online gameplay for example.
