Well.. I think alot of times we forget that these are intelligent living creatures too. They do fall sick, have mood swings.. Much like a baby that is unable to correctly express themselves. So we as guardian just have do our best to look out for signs.. I dun recall they come with user manuals..

i just measured him because i just eyeballed it before he is around 9 to 10 inches. i know when i was gone the dim blue actinic light that i use at night after 9 was off to when i was gone. so he was only getting 6hrs of light. but right now with the dim lighting is on and he is flying around like a little race car right now so im happy about that. i think i have to change light and he is a little pissed i was gone and had some one else fed him . very very smart fish .
