Tain't fresh, and tain't marine! Talk about brackish setups.

How long have you had that leaf fish?
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Yes your trite is high, trite and amm should both be 0 and trate should be <10 in a unheavily planted fw tank.

water changes 50% is the best way to get it down

Your tank is either mid way through the cycle, or the bioload was maxed out and through it into a mini cycle. Either way:
Step one: Do a massive water change, at bare minimum 50%.
Step two: Return the fish.
Step three: Since the puffer library is down right now, I'm posting a link to fishless cycling. Since you are showing nitrites, you're already part way, but no use having more fish suffer through the remainder. Please don't be offended by the title if the thread, it's literally the first on the list on google:

What have you seen that leaf fish eat? As far as I know, they only eat live food--mostly small guppies.

Nitrite should be 0 at all times, same for ammonia.

the nitrate is what you want to show 0-5 ppm ideally
