What size

Post by Nuclear_Glitter »

Okay, I need to order a new light for my 29 gallon, but I have no clue how many inches the light is. The light came broken when I got the tank so I can't go off of that. It's just your standard length 29 gallon tank and hood. I am looking for a fluorescent light; I am guessing it's 24 inches, but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

They are indeed 24".
What kind of bulb (s) do you need, I have several extra that size that are T8 bulbs.

The hood or fixture needs to be ~30" plus a tad to support itself on the side rims, but the lights are traditionally the 24" medium bi-pin format.

I actually already ordered one, off amazon. I had a giftcard anyway, so I don't think that would have actually worked so well lol. However, thank you for confirming the 24" and the offer.
