what would the min tank size be for a panda puffer?

As far as I know, that arothron gets about a foot long, so 180 to 300 gallons at least.

If your talking about Arothron diadematus also called masked or panda puffer I believe the requirements are the same as the dogface. 100 gallon min more is always better.
