Possibly ,I put the catfish in Peteys 29g tank today , Wife bought a pair of saddleback clowns so I needed the quaratine tank ! I havent seen it since I put it in the tank . On a plus side I havent seen any fish parts in the tank , But I also picked all the rocks up to see if I can see him. No way for him to jump out either . My damsels have hid pretty good in the rocks before so I just have to wait and see .

We need a better description than just, "catfish". Is there a ransom note?

After seeing Petey inhale a clam and small piece of shrimp , I believe he sucked up the catfish like a piece of spaghetti.

I like the catfish . I may try again , but keep it in the 75g until its big enough not to be messed with . I think that it being small and thin he was to good to pass up .

Still could be hiding. If small can be invisible little buggers.

sounds like the time I lost my clown pleco. couldn't find it any where picked up all of the woood and it was like it just vanished. next day it was sucking on an algae waffer. catfish can be REALLY good at hiding.
