Ohhh" they are just babies!! umm I'm sure they get a very good mom! Take care of them and you´ll see how they become like your Kids! hehe my 2 GSP, are 4 years old and they actually are like my children ñ_ñ
By the way, i think that this are the better General Parameters for GSP:
Ph: 7.8 - 8.3
Gh (when young, when adults this isn't measurable): 15 - 30dHº
Kh: 12- 15dHº
All "N" compounds must be 0.
SG: 1.005 (increasing to get 1.022 as you see your puffers grow they´ll need more salt).

I finally found some ghost shrimp, what should I gut load them with? And would it be a good idea to set up a little aquarium to have a breeding thing going on? So I could have ghost shrimp all the time? I have yet to find a good source for snails.

Veggies and algae wafers are good to start. Basically anything that will do them good but they dont generally eat. As for snails get some put in a small tank and let them breed lol.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

Most likely you wont be able to breed ghosts, very difficult to do. You could breed cherry red shrimp with no problem
as for gut loading them, feed em some algae wafers so your puffs can get their veggies lol

Mystery snails are probably to large and/or hard shelled. Cherry shrimp supposedly breed like cockroaches

Right now I have it at about 1.015 sg. Bad or good? When I got them they were in fresh water, but the people at Walmart did tell me they were salt water fish.

I find it hard to believe walmart told you that. Are you sure it wasn't through research that you found that out? Lol

It really was Walmart. Not only did the fish person tell me that, but there was a little picture below the tank telling me about them being salt water fish.
