Well Balki and Orangjello are in their new home. Balki swam in a cave and sulked for about an hour. I lured him out with a few snails, and now he is pacing like a mad man. He'll probably do that for about a week or so.
Orangjello has adjusted flawlessly and is swimming around happily.

Here is a picture of Balki looking pathetic, sulking with his slimy sand beard in that cave he first went to:

I wasn't able to used all the live rock and base rock together at first, I wanted to make sure every piece got enough light, and that the live rock was in contact with the base rock. So right now the rockscape is kind of generic, I'll add more as time goes on.
Here is one with the flash, this is when Balki was sulking in his cave, he's the darkish blurred orb by the squiggly spooky green arrow:

And a "pacing action shot"
He's a greenish yellow spotted blur at the right, and the orangish blur under him to the right is his bestie:

Here is a video of Balki swimming around after I had lured him out with some snails. You can see his "I'm pissed off tummy" and his slimy sand beard. He notices the scary camera following him and getting closer, so he goes back to his cave. I'm sorry for the motion sickness cinematography.

Thank you :D
It's one of the youtube freebie audio swap songs, I think this one is called "Alien World". I thought it would be appropriate tfor Balki's new tank anxiety.

Thanks :)
I really don't know. I've got a lot of rock still left over in a tub with a powerhead and heater. I haven't weighed it, but the base rock was 25 lbs dry. I still have one more marine tank to set up here very shortly, a 45 galllon, I'm pretty sure all the leftover rock won't fit in it comfortably.

It'll look better when the coraline algae fills in. But if my parameters don't hold, I'll add more live rock.

Ahahah! He's such a cute sulky little thing though! Lola doesn't sulk, she tantrums. If I ever have the audacity to lift the hood of her tank and I do not present her with snails, she has a fit.

Ps, the tank looks AWESOME.
