At 50, I removed my eyebrow, nose & labret. I miss them all...

I never want to remove mine, but the work industry doesn't accept them easily...

Nope not at all. It is considered "unprofessional" which is a crock but I understand where they're coming from

Big city and small towns have different standards but of course it varies! I know my small town didn't approve of any of that. But East Vs West like with style.
I know what I am wearing now will be the "in" thing in my hometown in 5 years lol
A lot factors in to it

Heh, I've had my hair highlighted once. Beyond that I don't even have my ears pierced. I want a nose ring some days but the SO doesn't like them and I don't like them that much...
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

You can't have more than one piercing in each ear & NO tatts! Even though I have 35+ years experience in fishkeeping & 26 years grooming experience. Even wrote to corporate about it.

PP I used to work at Petsmart....not sure if you want to work there. Employees are only numbers to them, and they will take and take and take. The moment you ask them to give, you're gone. I was a manager too. They treat their employees horrible. =( I am going to go back to school after I get my BA to become a vet tech-- the BA is just a back up piece of paper LOL. Besides, with all of your experience, you should be paid more in the pet industry anyways. =)
