Sphoeroides testudineus (Turtle puffer), max size: 39 cm.
Marine puffer, inhabits mangrove zones of Central/South American coast when juvenile. Exhibits a tendency to bury itself in the sand. Intolerant of conspecifics but seems to get along with other fish. It has not been a proven fin-nipper.

If he's a puffer, then you DO need him right? It's the other fish in the store that are in question lol.
