Garden slugs?

Post by zookey »

We seem to be overrun this year with garden slugs.... I was wondering if I could feed them occasionally to my GSP, as a treat maybe?

**We don't use any herbicides or pesticides in or around our property and live out in the middle of nowhere, closest neighbor is about 1/2 mile away and they also are herb/pest-icide free people.

I wish I lived where the great outdoors didn't freeze solid for 4 or more months every year and feet and feet of snow didn't fall during those same 4 or so months...... so this is the trade off.... right? You get nice weather (minus the hurricanes if you are in that region of FL) and I get free puffer food.

Wonder if I could harvest and ship them? Hmmmm.....

Florida weather is not all its cracked up to be. I do live in Jacksonville which keeps us safe from hurricanes, but 95+ temp and 80%+ humidity for 8 months out of the year SUCKS lol

Fahakas are like dogs! They come up to you and say hi! Or they're just looking for food!
