FW fish do not belong in BW.

+1 to pp. Never worth trying. These are great additions to good size f/w tanks tho, however you only really see them at feeding time. Or if you sit in the dark with the tank lights out.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

My boyfriend has two and we got lucky because they're VERY active almost all the time. They sleep with the lights out mostly and move pretty much all day. They LOVE live earthworms

Thats awesome. Wish mine would spend more time out. I have a couple of small spiny eels (one peacock one small tyretrack) bboth just hide all the time lol

Ours did too until we started feeding them the earthworms. They refused to eat bloodwords, and brineshrimp and of course pellets or flakes so we tried the earthworms by cutting them into smaller pieces and they absolutely went nuts and started moving even more.
