Are these wormy hitchhikers Dorvilleidae?

Ok, from a distance they just look like white lines, under a magnifying glass, they have whisker like looking things on the head, and a dark spot on the head, they appear to be segmented. They are very small and thin, longest I've seen maybe a third of a centimeter.
I've tried to take pictures, but I only have a cell phone.
If these are not Dorvilleidae, are they harmful, if so, how do I exterminate them?

I wouldn't worry about 99% of the creatures that come from LR.
