No. Figure eight's are more tolerant of other figure eights, where as two GSP will probably end up killing each other somewhere down the road. Also, figure eights are mild brackish water fish, where GSP's will eventually require full marine water.

Yea i read it already,

If i am right GSP come to the front of the tank when the find out that you there care provider do F-8 do that to?
Do F-8 like exploring the tanks like GSP do?

All pufferfish recognize their owners and approach them at the front of their tank. Some of the freshwater puffers are ambush predators and tend to lurk around, but figure eights are active a lot like a GSP, yeah.

My F8s are incredibly active and interactive. They buzz around their tank all day long, and if I'm in the room, they're trying to get my attention by dancing in front of me. It's also really fun to watch them eat snails -- they're vicious!
