Might be for the best you can now take your time and look for good deals on the other equipment needed, while saving up a few more $$$$$. There will always be another good deal on a tank, just keep looking.
If you are just venturing to the dark side of saltwater this is also a good time to do some serious research. You will then be able to make informative judgments for yourself .

Look at it this way PVR. You might have saved 50 bucks on this tank compaired to another deal you will find, but in time and with a bit of searching you can save alot on the cost of your live rock and a good skimmer. Good pratice to set your tank up the right way from the start, saves alot of flustration and money down the line. Maybe you might find a deal on a 50 or 60 gallon then you could add some tank mates with your Puffer.

Second hand cheap tanks are alot easier to find than second hand cheap skimmers. Salt water setups even when finding deals can add up in the money department keep looking and keep saving.
Found 60 lbs of LR 2 bucks per... Asked if they could bump down to 1.50 per.. we will see. Found another tank for 75 bucks... Havent gotten any response. very confused on what they are trying to sell.

You will be laughing to get it at 1.50 lb. Good luck on the tank, what size? Now for a good find on the skimmer, bucket of marine salt and more research on your part and your on your way. Oh and a refractor for measuring the SG. Do you know how to do waterchanges on a marine tank?
I have a brackish tank, I have a hydrometer and marine salt I am aware on how to put salt and water together... Just how much right now im not a master at for salt. And yes I know... 1.50 per pound is dirt cheap. but it onlysaves 20 bucks not much of a problem

Sorry but these are one of the crappiest skimmer on the market.
Everything I have said so far you seem to have something bad to say about it?
You also seem to be quite clued up on equipment you have never used, yeh the Prizm Skimmer is crap but for the money he has to spend maybe its good enough! Dont take other peoples word on something and then speak as if you have first hand experience on them when you dont.
All the advice I gave in my first 2 posts you question but yet you have repeated somethings I said .....? Its good to give advice and question people but dont go on as if your some Encyclopedia coz mate your NOT!!!
