i never thought i'd order a fish on-line, but i found an outfit in Portland, Oregon, who, through their communication, patience, and willingness to provide excellent customer service, gave me the confidence to do so
"Olivia" had been there for about three weeks when i first contacted them i was told that she is a very active fish and a good eater, was accustomed to eating "dead" food (no feeder fish!), and was sent a picture of her
they did an excellent job of packaging & shipping
it took her 18 hours to arrive by UPS
i'm very pleased with the whole transaction from start to finish
she's a great fish and i'm in love with her!
