This is interesting. My Ceylon (biggie) is baout 5 years old now but does not have orange fins. The salinity in his tank is at 1.017 and will probably stay that way. I wonder what causes orange fins??? :?:

Just a guess but I think it may be full saltwater conditions. :?

Well mine is on Marine aswell since he was just 6 months old. We might be on to something ;)

Mine has been Marine ever since I bought him from the shop where he was kept in marine conditions then! Mine is 2 years old

My ceylons fins vary in colour from a orangey brown to Black, it changes like his belly changes colour
