If I took a GSP from regular fresh water then put in full marine, what would happen.

Best to drip accumulate them over a long period of time.

Drip adjustment is a matter of hours, but it pretty much eats a day.
It does mean that you have to have a cycled tan ready before you do the adustment process, as the fish can be adjusted but the bacteria cannot.
