I am getting one of these fish, and I would like to have some examples of some of your tank set ups for these. Anything will help, pictures would be great. Just trying to get some ideas. Sorry for all the questions. Just starting out. I think it would be better to find out things before you get the fish the after you get the fish. Thanks
Also they guy that I am going to get this fish through is charging $25-30 when he gets one in. Is this about right, or is he charging to much? Thanks

My Palembang tank (similar fish, a bit larger) is pictured at:
http://www.gwapa.org/articles/august2005/index.html
Scroll past the banana shot to the first "Wall-O-Tanks" shot, the lower left lighted tank is the Palembang's 40-long. Scroll down again to the shot labelled "Yet another" and that is the tank itself. The puffer was shadowed in the left-hand bogwood "cave" and effectively invisible in the shot.
The tank is a 40-long, one bio-only external Eheim, two internal canisters for mechanical filters, lighted by two each 40W NO 6500K triphospher tubes, planted with Val, Crypts, Anubias nana, and Java Moss.
