Using a TMC vecton uv 8 aquarium ultra violet filter

Post by Arny »

Hello

I have a fish tank that has the sun shining on it during the day. Would this stop the algea growing on the glass?

Why not shade the tank? Fix the problem instead of the symptom.

IMHO, no, it will not stop the algae growth.

I don't really want to cover the tank during the day. suppose I'll just have to razor blade the glass once a week
