i think my boys are girls

Post by purplecandle »

I have tried fasting, feeding more, feeding less, feeding smaller meals, feeding larger meals, Atkins, the Mediteranian diet, reducing carbs and Gold's Gym. But, my poofs (GSP) are still fat. I am wondering if the keep this roundness because they are female.

I know I can't prove it one way or the other, but that one article did say that often (but not always) the females were fat because of eggs and whatnot.

I think I will change their names to something girly.

Hubby says +1

We name our puffs after the gender we first think they are, based on a feeling not fact.

I try to name unsexed pets names that will work either male or female. Named my red-tailed boa, Kira. Im thinking it's a he but the wife thinks Kira is a she. Really too small to tell by the spurs and have not had Kira probed yet. I got to pick out of the liter over a year ago and they all where very small newborns, about 12 " or less.

I have changed the names of my Two Fat Ladies. Clarissa and Jennifer are just as fat as ever and loving their curves.
