100% recommended! May not help with filling the tank though. For that, you need a pump to bring the BW up to the tank from the mixing bucket.

nooo what it does, you turn on a faucet or a hose, and instead of a pumping action, it sucks in the water, its like a siphon, but much easier because you don't have to put it in a bucket and stuff

Python is great as vacuum/remove old water. I also use it to pump the water from mixing container back into the tank.
