can you tell us more about this tank? we're upgrading our irrubescos to a 55gal and so far the plan is for 4 irrubescos

It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Love the tank. The fish are amazing, love neons one of my favorite freshwater fish. Feels good to setup a new fresh water setup since I didn't have one anymore.

The tank is filtered by an eheim 2217 full of substrat and siporax,and also by the many plants with the help of an extra wave maker inside the aquarium that produce 150g per hour
The lighting system is a 4x39w t5 with 2 glo
I use a 2kg co2 system and all the seachem flourish liquids for my plants
The heater is 250w jager
My puffers eat frozen bloodworms,live earthworms and jbl novofil
The weird thing is that my male eats also spirulina pellets!
My other fishes eat a great variaty of flakes and pellets...
I do water changes once a week 10%...
The dimensions of the tank is 120 x 50 x 50 (cm) diy rimless
The aquarium is on for over 2 years...

Its true that females are much more beautiful than males!!!
But i cant find anywhere here this kimd of fishes,for us they are really rare kind!
I was able in 2 years to find only 1 male & 1 female!
