hi .. maybe a stupid question but I wonder if there is a certain amount of time in a year when you can order some of the species of fish tetraodon ..

yes, most are only available at certain times. spring/summer if i remember correctly.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Yes, most of the rarer puffers species are seasonal.
