Is my Brackish Tank set up Properly?

I'm new to brackish tanks and I just really wan to make sure everything is set up properly. I have a 33 gallon tank that is set at a SG 1.004 and has a 40-60gal hang-on-back filter on the right side, a heater set to 75F for the fish I have in it. I have a black sand substrate and a power head on the left side of the tank that I set up to shoot bubbles into the waters surface. I also have an actual bubbler as well in the middle of the tank, so there is lots of surface water movement, no dead zones. I have a rock structure in the middle of the tank, along with lost of plants around the back and sides, so there are lots of places to hide but there is also lots of swimming area. What do you think? Is it set up properly? Anything I need that I am missing?

Bubbles in a BW or SW or hard water tank are a mess - salt creep is a nuisance. If you have good surface movement without surface breaks (i.e., surface ripples at the most, no bubbling or splashing) the tank will be more than adequately aerated and far easier to maintain.

There has been no real need for bubbles in an aquarium since submersible pumps were developed way back while I was young. Bubbles are for aesthetics far more than functional.
