Salute from Sweden

Post by Tonke »

Hi there!

Im a puffer lover that lives in the little cold kingdom of Sweden, and im been a bad boy stalking this forum for a long time before i decided to become a member :D .
This community seems to be full of nice and oddlish people like myself... and i like it =)

Im not exactly new to puffers... i had Fahaka in the past that died away from me a couple of years ago and left a little hole in the heart for a long time, but now im once again a proud owner of a baby fahaka called "Bosse Blobb" Aka Belseblobb :D

The little Blobb is now residing in a 143g tank (540 litres) with some immortal dodging ninja shrimps and ancistrus algea eaters.
At the side i have a small 32g snail tank. Im having a hard time making the little buggers to breed... but to limited success, they are not even doing it with some soft lights on and Barry white singing in the backround... i call them career snails ;)

Cheers/ Tonke

[welcome] It's nice to see other Scandinavians here. Where in Sweden do you live? I live only 45 minutes away from the Swedish border :hiya: I love the name Belseblobb!

Thank you all for the warm greetings =)

The snails shall have Kenny G tonight ... but im still conviced that they are careerist the hole bunch of them... and will not make babies until they are 40 years old (snail years) :D , but who can blame a snail to not to breed in aquarium right next to a puffer ;)

Troender > Well i live upnorth in Umeå about 100 metric miles from Askim, but i do work sometimes in a town besides Askim namely Moss where im working with district heating (fjerrverme) =) .
