I tried to feed him while he was still in the cooler but he wouldn't eat. I finally got him in his tank around 4:30 am (dripped him for awhile) then got in bed. When I woke up (later that afternoon) he was actively hunting one of his roomates (huge prawns). I fed him a small shrimp and he gulped it right up! Midday he ate a large Ramshorm, and a small clam about an hour ago. He's a really good eater! I won't feed him like this anymore, just today, trying to earn his love...lol!!!! He hadn't eaten since Thursday because Badjuujuu fasted him for me for the trip. He's still harassing the heck out of the prawns...he'll catch them eventually

I need to get a charger for my laptop. My moms dog chewed up my last one. I do all my posting from my phone. When I get it charged up I'll post pics. Ares got spoiled tonight! I bought him a small fiddler crab to play with...lol! The crab lasted about 10 seconds! Ares is a very happy puff right now!

Very happy owner!!! My brother told me I'm weird and obsessed over my fish...obsessed might me right!!! Weird, I don't think so, and if so I'm happy to have found fellow weirdos here!!! My kids love him to death, they get so excited at feeding time. My 10 year old son likes to help...and he's afraid to feed the F8's! Ares already begs for food and seems happy to see me when I walk in the room. When look through at him from the top of the tank he spits water at me!!! He is amazing and so neat!!!

My fahaka is like a puppy. I wish I could rub and pat him like a dog sometimes...lol. Seriously though, I think my fahaka is cuter then most dogs and cats but that's just me...lol.
