I CANT DECIDE!!
I have slowly been gathering my equipment to go full marine and im stuck between two skimmers so im hoping some of your guys/girls have used one of these so i can get some good opinions other then LFS employee. Ok first off my tank is 55 gallon with one GSP in it i need a HOB because i dont have a sump. the two skimmers i have been looking at are a AquaC Remora with maxi jet 1200 pump or a Reef Octopus BH-100ss. If anybody has any opinions about these please share with me so i can make a good decision

Both are excellent choices.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Re: I CANT DECIDE!!
I have the AquaC Remora on my 55gal. (However mine came with the Rio 800 pump instead). I love it; I've been really happy with the results from day one. It's the only skimmer I've ever used though, but I have no reason to switch

Since Pufferpunk suggests both, I suggest getting the one that costs less lol.

Re: I CANT DECIDE!!
Be careful with those Rio pumps. I have heard bad things about their electrocuting the tank. Didn't think much of it, until it did just that about a month ago. Lost my gorgeous tube anemone of 5 years.
