DIY Protein Skimmer

Post by greenspottedlover »

I can't find a protein skimmer that sounds good and I can afford. Actually I can't find any I can afford. So I thought "I'll just make one!" Anyone have any experience doing this?

Have you considered a used one? Both my Backpacs I bought for $50 used. They are good for up to 55g. I have since had to replace the pumps but they lasted >2 years.
