My brother wants fantail goldfish and has a 10g. aquarium how many of these are suitable for an aquarium this size.

So I think I convinced him on a tropical tank. Tried to convince him on getting DPs but couldn't. :)

My reply to the original question would be: None.

If you cannot get the right sized tank for fish to start with, you are likely to stunt the fish. If you do it right the first time, you do not need to re-do it all within a year.
