Well, we're down to 5 DPs. For those of you who haven't seen my thread (under 'hospital') I've been dealing with velvet. The weakest of them has passed on as of February 2nd. I never really expected him to survive, I don't think, but it still hurt to see him die. He just would not eat. I thought he could use a name before I flushed him, so I chose Azure after the vivid blue spots he sported. RIP. ):
On the bright side, however, the rest of the DPs are coming along nicely. Good appetites, great enthusiasm and a little bit of quarreling. I've got high hopes for their survival.

I noticed some debris in the tank, I have missed before. When I went to clean it, I found something else a single piece of driftwood a bunch of clear, thin algae everywhere. No other tank was infected.

I think that's normal when driftwood first becomes waterlogged. Mine went away after a while.
