huge fahaka puffer

this fahaka is almost the size of a mbu its huge i took this vid check it out

A bit overweight, but that is likely how they got up to the huge size. But still a nice looking fish, great color and markings.

At that size -and to get to that scale - I don't think 200 gallons is nearly enough. That is lot of fish mass. Mbus have much bigger caudals (tail fins) than Fahakas, but do tend to be a bit boxier fish.

My Nile puffer isnt far off that size now

At the speed mine is growing, I wouldn't doubt it can reach that size. It's literally gone from about .75" to over 8" in about 10 months. Nice fish.

I seen that video here while bad while I was on youtube. The fahaka is a monster though. I seen another one on there that was monster too.

That's what i thought! i saw it in person this past summer. Beautiful fish. He must be in a 500+ gallon aquarium. It goes at least 10 feet deep from the front of the glass. Also, to the left, there is another window of the exact same size. When I saw it, he was sitting on the ground, not swimming around like that!

I hope mine gets that big! Although, I believe the size of tank (150) won't allow it? I hope it does!!!

All you need for full-size fish is plenty of clean water and proper food. That part is easy, if a tad expensive.
