hi all,

what breeds of puffer are true freshwater puffers?
i have found online

dwarf puffer
red eyed puffer
hairy puffer

are there any others?

It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

No problem :) Do you know how to find that list on your own? If not put your mouse over the Learn tab at the top of the page. A menu will fall down. The PufferPedia has a large list of puffers on it and there's also the Library that contains many articles :)

i have found myself poping on here a few times in the last few hours so far... :)
so many puffers but so little room in my house for tanks... :(
