We've only ever used clean water and good food :lol: So far we've been lucky enough that all wounds have healed fine.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

I agree. I've never used salt or anything else for wounds... Disease (I've had ich a few time) is a different story.

the fins seem to be healing fine. and he now for some reason will not eat the squid :confuzzeled:

they do seem to find some unusual sleeping/perching places
i still go over to my tank and check mine whens hes perching
cos it just doesnt look normal :)
