While the tank is pure FOWLR, I would not fret much about the PO4 levels.

Later you may want to consider adding a 24/7 lighted macroalgae refugium to boost utilization of some or the pollutants such as PO4, but it is too early for those to stabilize. Keep track of them periodically as they will level out and later as the fish LR, etc.also mature, they will stabilize.

BTW, you do have lots of inverts, just not much in the way of macro-inverts. What makes LR live is bacteria and many other inverts - they just are not the macro showy ones as in reefs. Their populations will develop and stabilize along with the macro critters.

I'm a little limited in space right now, so I haven't investigated setting up a refugium or sump yet. Good to know, though.

They are our unseen bur hugely valuable friends. They are the big difference in FW and SW tanks and why we use different techniques in those two conditions. The SW techniques we use are actually closer to those in the wild than our FW techniques are.
