Saw a tank a lfs today - about 20 DPs in a tiny betta tank! They looked suprisingly healthy for the cramped conditions - probably not for long though.

All the tanks looked to be on the same filtration system. Saw them again today - must be tough little things cos they are still looking good & healthy.
