sorry to hear that reef, its hard to put down a dog but it can be the right thing to do. Still believe we should be able to do people the same way.

Ive been getting my butt kicked at work all day

There's nothing like watching a loved family member suffer through the agonizingly slow death of cancer. Especially when they're ready to die and there's nothing you can do to help them :( So sorry you lost your dog :(

I spent today in class, working, then studying. It's getting into midterms and I'm beyond swamped. It's also a very critical time for my future and a lot of huge decisions need to be made. Not going to lie, I'm smiling on the outside and crying on the inside ;)
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Went in to work, wasn't supposed to be there.

Got the news that our landlord is looking to sell our apartment triplex. Thus far, the landlord lives in one, we live in one, and the other is vacant. I guess it's not a huge deal, but they are coming to take pictures tomorrow.... Lots of things I need to get done before then. Not too worried about him selling the place, he wants SO much money for it, it's just not logical or profitable for anyone to buy the whole place. Just sucks because they are going to want pics of our apartment, short notice - and it's not like we wanted to sell our place...

Thanks xray and Flutter. They sure do become family and it's just as hard to see them go.

OYK, that just stinks. Hope you can find a bit of time to get in order. I wouldn't worry much about the pics - a prospective buyer can look beyond clutter or what-have-you.

Feeling torn because my work week got all swapped around and manipulated because it's super busy - and I don't get my usual days off. (aka, tomorrow or Sunday...) Plus I get to work super late to make a special delivery to 8 buildings of a factory (multi-town even)... 1 stinkin a.m. in the morning... However, I do get Friday night, and Saturday Night OFF! I get to take my daughter trick or treating, and she's dressing as Rainbow Brite. It's a costume my mom made for me when I was her age, and she made a new wig for it with her other grandma. It's WAY too cute... She already got to go Trick Or Treating last weekend, in her other grandma's housing edition - but I had to work and of course forgot the camera.

I posted here the other day and it's gone now? anyway recently, I got a new camera :), took loads of pics, applied for a job, went to the doctor about my scar (he said it should dissolve(?) and flatten out way more over time and that it looks good), planned something to do on halloween.. going seeing paranormal activity 2, going to see jackass 3d with my boyfriend on the 5th of november.. then to a bonfire. Watched lots of tv today and bought rubbish from the shop.
