Sailfin babies questions

I have two sailfin fry and was wondering what age can i let them out the nursery safely without them being eaten? I have sucessfully done this once before but i think it was a fluke lol She was about 2 months old, these are about one month old now and i have 2 small angelfish, 1 platy, 1 sword tail, 2 guppies, 2 sailfin mollies in my tank at the moment. I think i shud wait until they are too big to fit in any fishes mouth then let them out haha good idea?

That would be a good time to consider it. Make sure there is still plenty of cover for them to hide.

i found if you have alot of cover for them out of sight out of mind.my mollie did 3-3-3-20totally messed up program.they seem to have the instinct not to get caught out in the open.

Best to take them out, but I had guppies with angelfish and I got some survivors, pretty dense cover though.

If you wait for about a month, the babies should be about 10mm long (1/4 to 1/2 inch) and the angels should not bother them.

I've just some of my baby mollies back into a tank that also hold scats with no problems so far...
