saw a video once of a toby looking puffer swimming and getting bit by an eel with teeth like that. puffer puffed up and was too big for the eels mouth so he had to let go and the puff swam away looking back like "wtf... really?" i dont think you would be that lucky though lol. very cool looking eels

That moray's a very pretty beast
Enchelycore pardalis is the latin name I have in a book. Don't think I've ever seen one, not in a shop.
I wonder how many species there are? There's sixteen in the book by Scott Michael I have laying about.
I was flared at once by a two footer moray hanging out of it's bolthole in a reef wall in the red sea once - I was nowhere near it but it must have been fed up with divers! Maybe a 'white mouth'? I don't know.
Wonder how you'd move them? Give them a pipe to go into and lift the pipe out? Chain mail butcher gloves wouldn't work - those teeth even in a foot long eel look as though they would reach right through the mesh
Something else I'd keep if I had space...
