Does my Fahaka Puffer have IP?

Post by FahakaPufferFreak »

Hi everyone,
My fahaka puffer seems pretty healthy, but I read on this forum that if their poo is white and stringy it means they have internal parisites. Is this true?
My puffer has white stringy poo.

Here is a photo (please excuse the quality):

What do you think? How is the best way to treat IP?

Looks like IPs to me.

Since you're in Canada the easiest medication to get is the Jungle Fizz Tabs Anti-Parasitic stuff. Put 1/4 of a tablet into 1/4c of water and soak the food in that for several hours. Feed once or twice a day for 4-6 days.

It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Can't hurt. His waistline doesn't show it though. ;)
