18"H x 30"L x 20"W = 47G

*edit*
Are we talking about the main tank or the other tank for the nippy F8?

nippy F8, the tank doesn't seem that big,

my main F7 tank i have is 108x71x55cm and holds 175 litres

IME, F-8s are just as nippy as any other puffer, and post-puberty may be just as intolerant of conspecifics in "their" tank. Most of the hunter-predators school only as immature fish or in massive water voulumes. Some individuals will live peaceably together, but a long way from all.

FWiW: My first long-lived puffers were F-8 separated out from small groups of F-8s that I tried to keep together, but it did not work out. As singletons, they last a long time.
