What kind of algae is this?

Sorry for the crappy pics but that's the best I could get.

It's in my heavily planted 10 gallon dwarf tank. New setup (two weeks) combining plants from three established tanks, new substrate, mature AC20 filter, two 10W CFL on 8 hours a day (4 morning & 4 evening), dosing Flourish once a week and Excel three times a week.

As of right now I can only see it on two pieces of the driftwood.

So what is it and how can I get rid of it?

Did some more searching this morning and I believe it's Black Brush Algae.
