I am making a request for more information geared towards large puffers on a certain website, If you know what I am talking about please support me, or support the cause.

Maybe a bit of bad blood exits between this site and that one.

That site can be extremely frustrating but I generally get respect there, since I've stuck with them for some time now.

PP, If we can just get a foot in the door, I would be happy.

The puffer forum gets its fair share of people putting large puffers in 55 gallon or less grow out tanks, but MFK get people doing that weekly.

I would like to make a very generic chart, with widely accepted fish size and tank sizes..

I think if we keep the first thing we try to get in generic or basic we would have more luck getting more in.

obviously we cannot turn MFK into another puffer forum....BUT I would like there at least to be some information in the form of stickys, like the other forums have. Perhaps prevent someone from buying the wrong tank for the wrong puffer.

It can be extremely frustrating to navigate if you dont know where to look and when you do it can still be frustrating. I like reading the DIY threads though some of them are excellent.

I agree... that site can be a navigational nightmare... just checking on the PTOM and other contests you end up in link hell before you get to where you want to go.

You guys are welcome to put something together for them, just don't copy anything from here. I'd rather send them here for the best info. A lot of the folks there are very stubborn & think they know everything.

I will try to find some other sources, I have access to a database of scholar articles, journals and so forth.

HOWEVER, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to find a good source...with out the name Robert T. Rickets attached to it in some way..either as an author or as a citation.

The other day I went to find information of MBUs (Which is very limited let me tell you)..and guess whose name CONSTANTLY popped up when I found a source that had correct fish and tank size....

So, it will be kinda hard to do something that does not say what the puffer forum already says becuase of Mr. RTR

But, I do know the rules of plagiarism, in-text citations for direct quotes and paraphrases. I write at least two 3,000 word papers each week following APA format (Hence why I am always on here-my brain needs a break from writing LOL)
