Introducing what I think is Chelonodon patoca aka the Gold Spotted Puffer from Eastern India.

Looks to be the same but a pic of the fish free swimming would have helped better by way of comparisions.

Btw, I thought the Milk Spotted Puffer was trade/hobby name for Takifugu oblongus as those have white spots whereas these have yellow spots/vermiculations.

not sure, im not knowledgeable enough to know this type of information. just was looking through the puffer pedia and found that with the same scientific name
