Chick-Fil-A is awsome.

We dont have chick-fila many in northern California. I think I can clearly see that they would not be received very well in many parts of california because of the direct link to the winshape foundation which is obviously VERY pro-position 8 ('traditional' marriage) but that again derails this topic. The food looks great, but because of that I will try find another food option.

Ive never tried white castle, but being from California, if you haven't tried In-n-out burger you must, its the best (fast food) burger this side of the Mississippi!

The Cheese Steak Shop, I dont think I could live with out it!, which is all over the bay area does authentic Philadelphia steaks, the import almost everything from philly except only use provolone cheese. It is down right addictive, if you haven't tried a real philly style philly cheese steak you have to, but beware MANY places have impostors.

Lastly there are so many good taquerias in my city and area, I honestly have a note book in my car writing down whats best and what to skip. I have found so many great hole in the wall spots that just blow you mind with killer Mexican food. I.E. Taqueria Tlaquepaque will blow your mind with a "wet super burrito al pastor" particularly if you have it with a "super chavelas". Its a huge burrito filled with super thin sliced grilled pork, covered in seasonings, small amount of rice and black beans, small amount of lettuce, tomato, fresh made salsa and guacamole, cheese, then all wrapped up in a made fresh that day flour tortilla, which is then covered in enchilada sauce and cheese. I need two people to finish it. We each have a super chavelas which is a mexican beer, fresh squeezed lime and a shot of cazadores tequila all filled in a salt rimmed frozen glass.
