BLOAT IS HERE

Bloats next meal...... This will be his first time with a live creature that can fight back some what. This is the smallest one they had, it has a really really small pincher so im not overly worried about that. The other ones they had were twice this size.

The guy at the LFS checking me out asked me if i need crab/lobster pellets to feed him, he got a good laugh when i told him that he was going to be food tomorrow

How big is bloat now?
mine is about 2inch and was wondering when to try a crab or cray.
I'm feeding pond snails,shrimp earthworms and frozen cockle meat, which he/she is loving.

My fahaka is about 4" (not including tail) or 5" (including tail)...
I remember I got the tiniest fiddler crab they had at LFS, and they laughed at me when I was going to feed it to my 2 1/2 inch fahaka. First because it was 'an expensive meal' at $3 a crab, so they are treats.

The crab survived in there for 2 days, my vicious wasn't sure what to do with it... and it kept clinging to the hood of the tank, or climbing out, or hiding in the filter.

I might have video somewhere... but most of the time Vicious just followed it around like, WHAT ARE YOU?
Eventually, he figured out he was food.

Bloat is about 4.5 with tail right now. Im not sure how he is going to react. Its the smallest one they had at the place

Is today feeding day? LOL I bet he tears it up! It might take him a while to figure out 'what he's supposed to do' but be prepared!

This is the best I could do, I didnt even get the first strike. He hit it before it was even half way down the tank. His first bite was right in the middle of the crayfish, the cray never stood a chance.

Bloat had his first squid today, and he loved it. But I didnt realize when I bought the squid that it was the whole squid lol. He also decided to try to attack me again, Im really starting to worry about putting my hands in his tank

Bloats new tank is up, just waiting for a filter. But here is what it looks like right now

I just hope Bloat isnt to pissed at me, cause all those plants, the rock, and DW all came out of his tank

added a few more rocks, just need to find a nice piece of DW to add in

and replaced the plants with some more rocks. trying to make hiding places for the catfish when i get it
