If this is the case, can I keep a larger than average puffer in the 60 gal?

I understand the need for the swimming room and on further research many marine puffers won't fit in a 60 gal.
Bcummings8521: I don't know it is a baffled sump as of yet. It might be a direct drain.. I'll post pics once it arrives
